Kitchen Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations and support our team in maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing kitchen. This is a leadership role that requires excellent communication, organization, and a passion for great food.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations
Supervise and support prep and line cooks during service
Manage ordering and maintain accurate inventory levels
Ensure all prep is completed for each shift and special events
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
Assist with cooking and expediting during busy shifts
Train and mentor kitchen staff on procedures and best practices
Monitor food costs and minimize waste
Requirements:
Proven experience in a kitchen leadership role (Sous Chef, Lead Cook, or Kitchen Manager)
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, prep, and cooking techniques
Ability to manage inventory, place food orders, and track usage
Comfortable jumping on the line when needed
Organized, reliable, and a team leader
Fluent in English; Spanish-speaking is a strong plus
ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
