Progressive, French influenced, wood burning bakery & restaurant in Hudson NY is looking for an experienced Pastry Chef to bake sour dough breads, create and execute plated desserts, bakery pastries and catered desserts. This creative opportunity is a position for a focused professional with a passion for baking. Good character, strong work ethic, team oriented with a strong sense of urgency, advanced baking, cleanliness and punctuality are all a must.
