Qualified Bartender & Bar Back candidates must have:
Strong knowledge and appreciation for food and bar culture.
Warm, personable, a calm disposition
True passion and dedication to the service of others
Ability to multi-task various floor responsibilities while placing an emphasis on hospitality
A hardcore work ethic with the experience to back it up
Some years plus, experience in a craft cocktail bar or Club serving cocktails
Strong beverage knowledge
