Rocking Horse Ranch Resort, an award winning family friendly resort located in Highland, NY, is seeking Dishwashers and Kitchen Utility Workers to deliver excellence in service to our guests for breakfast, lunch, and dinnertime meals. You will collaborate with top Culinary Institute of America graduates in a fast paced, high production kitchen, serving up to 500 guests per meal.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter, motivated, and demonstrates impeccable sanitation and safety standards. We have both AM and PM availability.
Requirements
Must have a working knowledge of the kitchen including operating equipment and safety and sanitation practices.
Must be able to communicate with fellow employees and management to ensure operational needs are met.
Flexible schedule, weekends and holidays are a must, for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and special events.
