Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Manager, Quality Assurance based in Orangeburg, NY.

The role:

You will be responsible for ensuring compliance for all distribution and warehousing activities, while also monitoring operations and serving as the main point of contact for our Orangeburg site.

What you’ll do:

In an environment where product innovation, responsible beauty, and customer proximity are high priorities, Clarins focuses its efforts on its digital growth and on the transformation of its back-office. The position of Manager, Quality Assurance will play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategy by partnering with warehouse department leaders, supply chain, and operational services on implementing quality assurance standards and procedures.

- Manage and improve Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance for all distribution & warehousing activities

- Monitor operations activities related to Over the Counter (OTC) products & Cosmetics to ensure compliance with Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Modernization of Cosmetics Regulation Act (MoCRA) & U.S. Food & Drug Administration (FDA) requirements

- Draft, interpret, and implement quality assurance standards and procedures (SOPs) for the organization and provide necessary quality support to the distribution center team

- Manage the review & approval of OTC finished products manufactured and purchased in accordance with their approved specifications.

- Serve as the main point of contact for the Orangeburg site, including coordinating quality and regulatory interactions with Clarins Corporate and/or external supplier quality functions

You are:

- Customer oriented, result driven, passionate about our brand and challenges, entrepreneurial mindset

- Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty

- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

You have:

- Bachelor’s degree in scientific discipline

- 3-5 years of experience (Pharma, Medical Devices, OTC, etc.)

- Experience auditing, assembling, and launching QMS or documentation system

- Experience partnering with large teams (preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing setting)

- Experience with Microsoft Office, advanced Excel skills

- WMS and/or ERP knowledge preferred

- An ability to read/write in English

- Fluency in Spanish preferred

Salary: $77,400 - $96,800
