We are a leading fenestration testing laboratory based in Middletown, NY specializing in evaluating the performance and durability of commercial and architectural windows, doors, and curtain walls. We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Laboratory Manager to oversee operations, lead our team, and ensure top-tier testing and installation standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading the Lab Team – Manage technicians in testing and installation processes.
- Mockup Installation & Testing
- Light Construction Work
- Equipment & Material Management – Maintain and calibrate testing materials and tools.
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Client Interfacing
- Collaboration with the office team.
- Occasional NYC Work & Saturday Shifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Mechanic Skills – A degree is preferred
- Strong knowledge of fenestration, construction, or materials testing.
- Leadership Skills
- Spanish Language Skills
- Valid Driver’s License – Clean record required.
- Work Authorization – Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
