INDIVIDUAL QUALIFICATIONS:
A love of working with children, a whacky personality with a sunny disposition, can remain calm under pressure! someone that is full of patience, energy, AND possess good communication and organization skills.
Early Childhood Education (majors /background /experience) preferred but not required
TRAINING and CERTIFICATIONS:
- Will be provided during probation period if the ideal candidate does not already possess them
- Professional development /additional certification training hours required throughout employment
- Staff training / meetings conducted quarterly
REQUIREMENTS to START:
- Fingerprint / Background Check
- Medical Forms completed by physician
- References (3)
- Online Training courses provided by ECETP (7hrs min completed)
COMPENSATION:
- Weekly
- Increase after 3 months
BENEFITS OFFERED:
- Salary increase after 1st and 2nd year
- Yearly Holiday Bonus ($150. - $500.)
