Camp Director

Successful, co-ed ACA accredited overnight sleep away camp in Sullivan County, NY has an immediate opening for an experienced Camp Director to join its year-round leadership team! The Director should be charismatic with strong relationship and communication skills. This person will play a central role in all aspects of camp including camper recruitment and retention, operations, parent communication, programming, staff recruitment, training and retention, marketing, and more. This person can make a huge impact at a well-established camp that is looking to grow with new ideas from someone with long-standing experience. Minimum of a college degree and extensive experience with a sleep away camp. Additional experience with programming and administering programs is desirable. Must be proficient in office technologies. Candidate must have the physical ability to move about the camp property in various environmental conditions. Very competitive salary.
