Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough research and accurately manage document archives.
-Ensure precise recording and maintenance of names, dates, and important records.
-Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and courteously to client inquiries.
-Handle sensitive documents with discretion and confidentiality.
-Collaborate with team members to enhance organizational processes and data management practices.
Qualifications:
-High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly with names, dates, and historical data.
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Ability to work effectively and professionally in an office environment at least four days per week.
-Previous experience in records management, archival administration, research, or a related field preferred but not required.
-Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, database management systems, etc.)
