Full-Time Bookkeeper – In-Office (Mt. Kisco)
Compensation: $30-$35/hour (commensurate with experience)

We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to oversee the day-to-day financial operations of our real estate assets. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience is required; experience with rental properties is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and revenue transactions
Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
Generate invoices and ensure timely collection of payments
Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience (required)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Solid knowledge of Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently with attention to detail
Prior experience with rental property bookkeeping preferred
