What We’re Looking For
2+ years of bookkeeping experience or relevant accounting skills.
Proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) and Microsoft Excel.
A knack for organization and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Availability to work onsite in either Montgomery NY or Fishkill NY.
Experience as a bank teller, inventory specialist, or in accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR) is highly valued.

About the Role
As a Bookkeeper, you’ll play a vital role in helping our clients maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include:
Managing accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing.
Preparing bank reconciliations and financial reports.
Ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and documented.
Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and answer basic inquiries.
