Looking for Part Time Office Assistant/Bookkeeper.
Would need to know Quickbooks, and accounting. Job consists of part time answering phones, filing, payroll, request insurance documents, send email, invoice, enter daily bank transactions, deposits, reconcile accounts, basic office administration. Being organized is a must!
Small commercial construction office, flexible hours, 3-4 days a week. NO Benefits.
Minimum 3-5 years experience.
