ERP/CRM Consultant

Description Expert in Business areas understanding of Customer Order Fulfillment, OR Supply Chain Management OR Performance Measurement (Finance) business processes.Administration, configuration, and support of the Microsoft D365 systems.Management of Business Analyst expertise.Project Management Capabilities.EDI understanding and integration with Microsoft D365 systems.Ability to take on additional responsibilities in other areas of IT.Business Liaison capabilities and strategic planning for the business areas defined above.Business Process Diagram and other Business and System IT Diagram expertise.Facilitate test and production releases in coordination with Microsoft, implementation partner, ISVs, and business users.Development of Standard Operating Procedures for the governance of our ERP environment.Maintain and optimize our development, QA and production environments.Primary contact and for coordination, troubleshooting and escalating system issues with Microsoft and appropriate partner for the business area above.Manage user permission requests with internal ticket tracking systems.Support Master Data projects including Data Lake, Analytics, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
