As a Production Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the mounting and ink area, as well as supporting various production tasks. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the mounting and ink area to optimize workflow and safety standards.
Skillfully mix ink to precise specifications, ensuring quality and consistency in printing jobs.
Expertly mount and de-mount plates to facilitate smooth printing processes.
Safely transport materials and supplies within the facility, providing essential support to production activities.
Set up jobs accurately according to specified order requirements, contributing to the timely completion of projects.
Assist in press clean-up activities to uphold cleanliness standards and equipment maintenance.
Regularly organize and maintain the ink shelf to streamline access and inventory management.
Adhere strictly to company Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and prioritize safety protocols in all job tasks.
Execute job duties in accordance with written company standard operating procedures, ensuring consistency and quality in work output.
Flexibly undertake any other duties as assigned by the manager, contributing to overall team success and operational excellence.
