Urgently Hiring an Lighting Specialist for a Facility Service Company located in Hauppauge, NY!Job Description:
Responsible for quoting material from plans and specifications on projects
Checks status of orders and assures prompt delivery times
Contributes to high-profile lighting-based initiatives, from planning stages to completion, with lighting team members acting in advisory roles
Oversees lighting and electrical service requests for clients daily
Upsells lighting conversions
Ensures all service requests and dispatches are well documented, coordinated, prioritized, and organized
Actively listens to customer needs and inquiries to determine appropriate service actions
Coordinates, schedules, and dispatches service calls
Efficiently and correctly corresponds with third-party providers
Resolves customer issues and concerns
Reviews vendor quotes and prepares client proposals
Skills & Qualifications:
Ideally 3+ years of industry experience or equivalent education
Experience planning, quoting, and executing lighting system programs
Proficiency in using lighting software and tools
Strong computer and business software skills, including Office 365
