Description We are in need of an Operations Specialist to join our team in the Food & Food Processing industry located in Hartsdale, New York. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity, primarily focusing on internal operations rather than customer-facing tasks. As an Operations Associate, your primary role would be to support the business operations, primarily through processing orders and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities: Support the business operations by keying in orders accurately and efficiently. Serve on the internal side of operations, focusing more on back-end tasks. Process customer applications with precision and ensure all details are accurate. Maintain meticulous records of customer accounts, and monitor them for necessary action. Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally. Utilize your skills in Excel to manage and analyze data effectively. Work independently with a high level of attention to detail. Learn and adapt to new processes and systems, including ERP and EDI systems. Comply with industry standards and regulations in all tasks. Conduct regular audits to ensure all processed data is accurate and up to date.Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required for managing financial aspects of customer transactions. Must be experienced in CRM software to facilitate customer relationship management. Should be adept at data processing to handle, analyze, and interpret complex data. Familiarity with Epic Software is necessary for efficient workflow management. Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential for managing business processes. Knowledge of 'About Time' software is required for effective time tracking and management. Auditing skills are necessary for ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Must possess skills in check processing to handle financial transactions. Exceptional communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members. Compliance skills are essential for ensuring adherence to industry regulations and company policies.
