Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify strategic partnership opportunities. Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of partnerships. Manage channel pipeline and forecast reporting and track progress through the sales cycle. Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with partnerships and develop mitigation strategies, and work with internal partners in legal, privacy and information security to ensure proper guardrails are documented and processes defined. Budget Management: Manage and allocate resources effectively to maximize the ROI of partnership initiatives.All about you: Ability to build, lead and inspire high-performing and cross-functional teams. Proven track record of channel, partnerships, or relevant sales experience with success in recruiting and developing new partners, ideally within relevant offering category and channel. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Proven track record of successfully hiring, developing and managing global strategic partnerships, and high performing, revenue-producing teams. Strong understanding of the global Identity ecosystem and market dynamics, as well as a strong personal network within applicable industries Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary based on location, experience and other qualifications for the role and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role.
