Description Job Summary:The Human Resources Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee relations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment Support:Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.Coordinate pre-employment background checks and reference checks.Prepare offer letters and employment contracts.Onboarding and Orientation:Coordinate new hire onboarding processes, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and training schedules.Ensure all new hire documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.Benefits Administration:Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits enrollment, coverage, and eligibility.Coordinate open enrollment processes and assist with benefits-related paperwork.Employee Records Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System).Ensure compliance with record-keeping requirements and data privacy regulations.HR Policy Compliance:Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.Monitor compliance with company policies and regulations.Employee Relations:Handle employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management as needed.Assist in investigations related to employee complaints or concerns.Performance Management Support:Assist with performance evaluation processes, including scheduling reviews and tracking completion.Maintain performance appraisal records and documentation.HR Reporting:Prepare HR reports and analytics on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment activity, and training completion.Assist in analyzing HR data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
