Req Number 123612Job DescriptionThe schedule for this position is 4 days a week/10 hour shifts with the hours 11a-9p throughout Westchester county, rotating weekends and holidays.Plans and delivers professional infusion therapy to patients.Job Responsibility
Provides intravenous infusions, transfusions, or venipuncture care to patients under the direction of a physician.
Places, monitors, and maintains IVs or catheters for the purposes of delivering antibiotics, parenteral nutrition, or other medications or therapeutic treatments as directed.
Documents patient condition, vital statistics, diagnosis, and prescribed treatments.

Job Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required.
Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
5-7 years of technical experience and 0-2 years of leadership / management experience, required.
