Easton Mountain, a community, retreat center, and sanctuary created by gay men in Greenwich, NY, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. This is a half-time, hourly role which requires working onsite at Easton Mountain.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Easton Mountain leadership and finance team.
- Organize Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable documents for bookkeeper.
- Prepare contracts for rental clients for review by director.
- Work with director and bookkeeper to collect contracts, COIs, and payments from clients.
- Support staff scheduling and calendar oversite.
- Filing and organizing records.
- Assist with occasional office duties related to phones and mail.
- Support daily operations and special projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with database systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to the values and mission of Easton Mountain and an ally to or member of the LGBTQIA+ community.
