We are seeking a Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction, with a focus on window and door installation. This role requires proficiency in using hand and power tools. The Window Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Install windows and doors according to specifications and building codes
Additional carpentry / repair jobs as needed
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks
Perform caulking, trim carpentry, and frame carpentry as needed
Ensure proper sealing and insulation of installed windows to prevent leaks
Assist with heavy lifting during the installation process
Maintain a clean and organized work area on construction sites
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Provide excellent customer service during installations
Qualifications:
Experience in construction or remodeling
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the workday
Strong communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction
Valid driver's license
