$22 per hr to start, raise after 60 day trial period, paid holidays after 1 year of employment. 35-45 hrs per week on average. Candidates must have reliable transportation and be able to report directly to residential sites in Saratoga County and Southern Adirondacks. Friendly working environment but expect to be lifting, raking, shoveling, pushing wheelbarrows, digging holes, carrying wood and staying busy.Carpentry applicants must have on cordless impact gun, tool belt,hammer tape,square and knife.
