Property Maintenance
Job Description:
Lotus Group of Companies will have an immediate opening for a Handy Man for our Warrensburg location. We have Multiply Businesses and Residential Properties that requires the ability to multitask and support all properties from day to day. You will inspect different equipment and perform any basic repairs or preventative maintenance when required. To do well in this role you should have previous experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Wiling to undergo a background check
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Basic carpentry skills
Experience using hand and electrical tools
Available to be On-Call rotating evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Conduct routine inspections of buildings and rental properties and equipment
General cleaning and upkeep of Buildings and Rental properties
Maintain grounds, including garden and yard upkeep, trimming, edging, mowing, snow removal, etc.
Repairing and treating structures such as showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors
Remodel homes and business
Make ready units for new move-ins
Install necessary appliances and equipment as needed
Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations
Any duties as assigned

Monday – Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Closed on Major Holidays
