New Italian restaurant, located in southern Vermont, seeking BOH kitchen staff. Duties include,
Assisting with prep, stocking setting up and breakdown the kitchen stations.
Preparing and expediting basic italian cuisine based on head chef’s guidance in designated station.
Working to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.
Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations.
Knowledge or willing to learn of how to work with pizza dough to ensures a high-quality product, is a plus. Competitive wages with 401k options.
