The Opportunity:
-Be a core part of our breakfast line, helping to create high-quality dishes.

What You'll Do
-Set up and maintain a clean, organized breakfast line station.
-Cook pancakes, French toast, waffles, and home fries according to the recipe.
-Monitor temps, quality, and portion control; communication with the expeditor to make sure it's timely.
-Maintain a positive, can-do attitude and contribute to a collaborative kitchen culture.
-Must be a morning person!
-Must be a team player oriented.
-Reliable with a strong work ethic.
-Prior high-volume kitchen line experience is preferred but not required.
-Culinary enthusiasm: ideal for a culinary arts student or an aspiring individual who enjoys a fast-paced cooking environment.
-Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work early morning shifts.
-Good communication skills and the ability to take direction well.
