Key Responsibilities Plant, prune, weed, mulch, and water garden beds Mow lawns, edge borders, and maintain pathways Assist with planting seasonal flowers, shrubs, and trees Monitor plant health and report pest or disease issues Maintain and clean garden tools and equipment Follow safety protocols and use equipment responsibly Support general upkeep of the grounds, including leaf removal and litter pickup Qualifications Prior gardening or landscaping experience preferred but not required Basic knowledge of plants, soils, and gardening techniques Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods Reliable transportation to and from the work site Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow directions Why Work With Us?
