Req Number 136593Job DescriptionLeads and provides guidance to Psychologists in the performance of duties. Performs psychological / behavioral assessments and psychotherapeutic interventions and other procedures of patients.Job Responsibility1.Leads and provides guidance to Psychologists or other staff in the performance of duties. Participates in orientation and ongoing training and ensures any required performance evaluations are completed.2.Provides clinical consultation and clinical supervision and/or performs duties related to developing and shaping a special clinical program.3.Performs psychological / behavioral assessment and psychotherapeutic interventions and other procedures.4.Develops and implements a plan of treatment.5.Evaluates care provided for positive patient outcomes and analyzes outcome/follow-up data for purposes of performance improvement and research, in accordance with Institutional Review Board Guidelines and approvals.6.Provide coordination and/or perform administrative duties for as needed for licensed psychologist7.Maintains related documentation.8.Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
