Policy Implementation:Administer HR plans and procedures, contribute to the development of personnel policies, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.

Recruitment and Onboarding:Lead the full recruitment cycle, from attracting candidates to managing the onboarding process, ensuring that our staffing requirements are met and new hires are aligned with our company culture.

Employee Relations:Improve manager and employee performance through problem identification, solution implementation, coaching, and counseling, while conducting investigations related to employee concerns.

Strategic Planning:Support HR Director with strategic planning initiatives and long-term growth projects, contributing to the development of Human Resources policies and procedures.

Data Management:Maintain employee-related databases, prepare and analyze reports for management, and ensure that necessary documentation is in place to carry out departmental functions.

Compliance:Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, programs, and laws, partnering with station leadership to communicate and enforce compliance measures.

Safety and Health:Assist with the implementation of company safety and health policies, procedures, and processes, prioritizing employee well-being.

Education and Experience:Associate's Degree with three years of HR generalist experience, or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources with one year of relevant experience. Preferred experience in the transportation industry.

Communication and Leadership:Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.

Growth Mindset:Must be eager to learn, grow, and improve.

Availability:Willingness to work in a 24/7 environment and be on-call for designated locations.

Travel:Must be willing to travel nationally to other locations.
