Supervision of Dietary staff
Ensuring daily and weekly cleaning is complete
Inventory Management
Assist with the ordering of food and supplies
Oversee the cooking staff to ensure quality meals are produced
Other duties as assigned
Assistant Food Service Director Requirements:
Culinary background, with Supervision experience in Food Service Management required
Experience in long term care setting preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Associate Degree preferred
Experience with Mealtracker preferred, but will train
Experience with tray-line service
Assistant Food Service Director Salary Range : Up to $30 an hour (Based on experience) (salaried position) Assistant Food Service Director Benefits:
