The Resource Management Team sits within the Finance COO Organization. Our Mission is to serve as a trusted partner across Finance to drive transparency and accountability of Citi’s Resources. Specifically, this role is for Citi’s Workforce Management. The team is responsible for enhancing and revising the Finance Organizations’ workforce management hiring process while ensuring governance and compliance with all of Citi’s and the Finance organization’s policies, procedures, and processes. Finally, candidate will assist in enhanced governance - enhanced control and governance of this process is an expected outcome.This individual will work closely with SMEs to achieve the target state objectives and outcomes. This is currently an Individual Contributor role with leadership expectations to affect change.Responsibilities:

Understand and assist in the monthly Workforce Management Hiring Process for transparency in Finance Workforce accurately with clear controls and escalation.

Redesign the Workforce Management hiring framework and processes to provide Finance and its disciplines with actual data on various factors (e.g., location, job grade, job profile, skills). This would require enhanced controls, clear timelines, and accountability.

Support Finance-specific resource strategies, including location, organizational design principles, sourcing, and monitor adherence and implementation across Finance disciplines.

Execute and maintain (enhanced) governance for the monthly and quarterly Workforce Tagging processes.

Partner closely with Citi’s forecasting teams (LFO) and recruiting teams (HR) to align and revamp our cycle process to drive greater transparency and operational practices while minimizing staffing adequacy risk.

Qualifications:

6-10 years overall experience

Required to dive into details, to support and drive strategic approach.

Demonstrated experience in developing & maintaining internal governance & process management documentation.

Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details.

Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to recognize and comprehend complex issues, policies, regulatory requirements.

Advanced Microsoft office skills

Experience with and confidence in delivering presentations to clients and senior management.

Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

Ability to contribute, support, and lead efforts to achieve department/ business unit goals.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills and the ability to multi-task effectively in a high-volume environment

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
