EDUCATION:
Minimum:
High School or equivalent education.
Preferred:
A concentration in electronics education in high school or post high school training.
LICENSE:
PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:
Minimum:
BLS must be completed within six months of employment through the RQI system during clinical orientation
Certification with a national commercially available certification program or a State program will be required after 18 months employment or attaining 18 months dialysis experience (including dialysis experience at other agencies)
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum:
Demonstrates ability to follow directions precisely and accurately.
Previous patient care experience.
Preferred:
One year medical experience.
