They are currently seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team and assist in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.Job Summary:The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations of sales processes and activities. This position involves providing administrative and operational support to sales representatives, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating the sales process from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused, with a passion for delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Inquiry Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, or online chat.

Respond promptly and professionally to customer questions, requests, and concerns.

Sales Administration:

Assist sales representatives with administrative tasks, including order processing, contract preparation, and proposal generation.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the company's CRM system.

Sales Support:

Coordinate sales-related activities and communications between internal departments, including marketing, underwriting, and customer service.

Provide support to sales representatives in preparing presentations, sales materials, and reports.

Lead Management:

Manage incoming leads and inquiries from various sources, including website inquiries, marketing campaigns, and referrals.

Qualify leads and distribute them to appropriate sales representatives for follow-up.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Reporting and Analysis:

Compile and analyze sales data and performance metrics to track progress toward sales goals and objectives.

Generate reports and provide insights to sales management to support decision-making.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in the healthcare insurance industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
