Description You can develop your career with a promising Real Estate & Property company as an Accounts Payable Specialist, via Robert Half. This position is for candidates with the ability to accurately process invoices, including GL coding, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. Validate, record and send checks, including expediting special handling
Organize, register, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents
Provide internal and external audit assistance as required
Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies
Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
Provide support to internal business partners
Accomplish full-cycle A/P
Carry out additional projects as required
Requirements - Strong organization skills
AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred
Demonstrated communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
Working knowledge of spreadsheets and databases
Accounts Payable (AP) experience
Strong familiarity with real estate
Yardi experience desired
3+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
