Job Title: Business Analyst – Digital Transformation and Application ManagementThe Business Analyst will be a key driver in transforming business processes through technology. This role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements from various stakeholders, recommending effective and optimal solutions, and documenting proposed implementations. The Business Analyst will lead and prioritize projects to ensure timely delivery, facilitate system implementations, drive user adoption, and provide ongoing user support.The successful candidate will focus on improving internal and external applications, such as digital customer self-service portals, order processing systems, and enterprise applications, while ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic objectives.Essential FunctionsRequirements Gathering and Analysis :
Research, evaluate, and analyze current business challenges to identify requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define a vision and roadmap for applications that address business needs.
Conduct gap analysis to ensure proposed solutions bridge current and future-state requirements.
Solution Design and Delivery :
Work closely with IT teams and external vendors to plan, budget, and deliver functionality aligned with the application roadmap.
Document functional and non-functional requirements, workflows, and process improvements.
Lead the successful implementation of solutions, ensuring adoption and effectiveness across the organization.
Training and Support :
Identify and address training needs to support enterprise application adoption.
Provide ongoing user support, addressing challenges and promoting effective utilization of systems.
Communicate and update stakeholders on enhancements, functionalities, and process changes.
Quality and Timeliness :
Ensure the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of all projects.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project and system success.
Relationships
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across all business units to understand requirements and align solutions with organizational goals.
Work closely with leadership to interpret business strategies and develop short-term and long-term goals.
Qualifications and Job RequirementsEducational Background :
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, PMP, Agile certifications).
Experience :
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in technology implementation projects.
5 -7 Years Experience.
Prior involvement in digital transformation or tech stack upgrade projects (CRM, ERP, PIM, CMS, etc.).
Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Technical Knowledge :
Understanding of digital technologies like cloud computing, APIs, databases, and modern tech stacks.
Knowledge of specific tools/platforms relevant to the project (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, SAP, Power BI, etc.).
Proficiency in requirements management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Trello).
Analytical Skills :
Strong analytical and critical thinking to gather and interpret complex business requirements.
Ability to create process maps, workflows, and diagrams to support decision-making.
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong presentation skills to deliver clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stakeholder Management :
Expertise in engaging with cross-functional teams (IT, Marketing, Operations, Sales).
Ability to manage competing priorities and align stakeholders on common goals.
