DescriptionAdministrative AssistantShift: Full-TimeResponsibilities:

Maintains organized files and work in progress for the Administrator and Human Resources Director. Keeps a calendar of appointments, scheduled meetings, makes phone calls, and receives messages for the Administrator and Human Resources Director

Works with Administrator and Human Resources Director on special projects, reports, and coordinates and follows-up on progress of others, as assigned

Prepares facility correspondence and other typing as needed for all departments - includes producing various calendars, posters, brochures, and cards. Attends committee and departmental meetings; takes minutes and transcribes. Maintains administrative files, code books, and policy manuals. Maintains resident room and family lists

Acts as backup receptionist, as needed daily and on occasional Weekends and Holidays

Provides clerical support to Department Managers

Requirements:

Minimum 18 years of age, high school diploma or equivalent preferred

Experience of at least 1 year in a clerical setting, required

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, such as Excel and Word, required.

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment

Filing paperwork, answering and transferring calls

Able to lift up to 20 pounds
