Belhurst is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee our maintenance operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and project management skills, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. This role requires the ability to manage various maintenance projects while fabricating solutions as needed.
Duties Candidate must have demonstrated experience in general maintenance including landscaping, snow plowing, painting, basic plumbing and electrical, HVAC maintenance and equipment maintenance.
Must be capable of taking requests from multiple managers and prioritizing work schedule.
Position can require 24-hour response to critical problems. Manage daily maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety protocols.
Compensation is based on experience starting at $24/hour to $28/hour.
