We are a small Hospitality Group in the Finger Lakes. We have two locations in the towns of South Bristol and Naples, close to Canandaigua Lake. The Menu at Naples is Steak & Seafood concentration with an upscale casual dining service. The South Bristol menu has premium bar eats, classic American entrees & locally sourced seasonal specials with a more relaxed service. We're currently searching for an Experienced Saute Chef
We offer fair and competitive pay based on experience and skill level, with low managerial responsibilities. Full-time employees can expect to receive PTO after 1 year of employment.
Bonus if previous positions, qualifications or interests include: dessert menu development, catering experience/ execution of large event parties; Garde Manger & Strong Lead Line Cooks
There is room for growth through scheduled performance reviews for additional compensation in the forms of: bonus’, merit raises and promotions for those interested in managerial experience.
