Responsible for Baking in house recipes for dessert items
Hands-on experience with professional kitchen equipment.
Basic knife skills needed and limited hot food knowledge for pantry appetizers
Ability to present stylized or designed plated desserts, entree salads and cold appetizers
Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Responsible for cleanliness of all coolers, stove and oven, counters, shelves and products on shelves
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Great attitude during shift and putting best product out on every order
Availability to work evenings and weekends

Responsible for line set up, prep line and cleanliness of line
Ability to grill proteins and seafood to correct temperatures
Responsible for cleanliness of all coolers, stove top and ovens, counters, shelves and products on shelves
Understanding of health and safety rules in a kitchen
Good communicator at window for staff pick up or changes to orders
