D&W is currently looking to add a Customer Support Representative to our team in our Corporate location in Auburn, NY.
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls
Work to establish professional business relationships with customers
Know how to access information on our products
Provide important communications link between D&W and our customers
Aid teammates with research of products, pricing, and availability
Qualifications:
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Technical aptitude with an ability to learn about products
Proficient in MS Office and other computer functions
Ability to work in a fast paced, office environment
Industry experience is not required. Candidates will work with an experienced staff and participate in regular training activities.

Pay: $19 - $23 hour
