Ideal candidate is someone who:
Has a sustainable clientele, with or without room to grow.
Works well with other hard-working hair stylists who are committed to creating and maintaining their successful business.
Believes he/she will benefit from being part of a truly team-based salon, sharing goals, aspirations and success within the beauty industry.
