Looking for a gardener for "upscale" west elmira home (about 20 hours) and other properties.
Full-time work preferred and can extend your work year to year-round if desired (and for the right worker, of course).
Experience preferred. Will be working mostly independently with input from myself and landscapers that have already worked on the properties. Lots of the work is maintenance but there is still planting and designing being done if that's your passion.
32-40 weekly; work days and timing can be flexible around your (and my) life.
Pay is super dependent on your experience. $20-25 per hour is reasonable but bears discussion.
