Duties Description Standard Duties:As an Administrative Assistant 1 you would be responsible for providing administrative support. You would establish and implement procedures to maintain an efficient work flow; relieve an official of a variety of routine office details; and perform responsible clerical work. You would also screen and refer telephone calls to the appropriate staff; examine daily mail and personally handle routine correspondence by preparing replies or collecting information for your supervisor’s use in replying; and keep office records and files using a variety of software.
