Job Title: Mold Injector Machine OperatorJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Mold Injector Machine Operator to join our team at our Syracuse, NY location. As a Mold Injector Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining mold injection machines to produce high-quality products. This is a full-time position with a Monday to Thursday shift schedule from 6:00 am to 4:30 pm.Job Specifications:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Operate mold injection machines to produce products according to specifications
Set up and adjust machine settings for each production run
Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions and perform routine maintenance tasks
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and achieve production targets
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Mold Injector Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
Knowledge of mold injection processes and machine operation
Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
