IT Technical Writer/Designer - ENT

Note: This is a hybrid position, in office is required at least 3 days a week.Description:Prepare, review, revise, and maintain technical documents, including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. Gather and analyze technical and product information from various sources to document new or changing product functionality.General Responsibilities:Research and write technical publications required for sale, installation, service, and operation of company products. Organize material according to department style manual and format standards.Duties include: Researching the function and operation of the product. Gathering information from sources in Marketing and Engineering. Evaluating data. Reviewing layout. Creating artwork.
