Focus on specific patient accounts regarding matters of billing and reimbursement
Focus on data quality and uniformity via close collaboration with other factions
Notify insurance companies and patients of account charges Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience working with an electronic medical system required
Experience with high volume data entry
Strong understanding of explanation of benefits (EOBs)
Microsoft Office knowledge required
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Medicaid Billing experience
Deep understanding of insurance claims
Billing experience preferred
Prefer 2 years experience in medical billing or within the revenue cycle
