Process and ship all outgoing orders, purchase orders and packages with appropriate documentation according to company policy, procedures and schedules
Receive and process all incoming packages according to company procedures
Forward packages accordingly to the required departments
Knowledge of MRP/EPR software will be a plus
Maintain adequate shipping supplies inventory
Keep the shipping and receiving department neat and well organized at all times
Process shipments using shipping method/software appropriate for items/delivery speed
Preparing packing/ shipping documents domestic and International
Good computer skills
General building maintenance, coordinate and schedule with company's maintenance vendors
Minimum 5years relevant work experience
