Reconcile accounts by rectifying entries
Conduct and manage the general ledger
Support quality archived records by filing documents
Care for accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Preside over an efficient system to track financial transactions and define policies and procedures for bookkeeping
Assemble financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information Requirements - Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired
Human Resources (HR) Administration experience highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of Sage 100
Adeptness in QuickBooks
Microsoft Excel experience highly desired
Practical knowledge of Credit Card Reconciliation
Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR)
General familiarity with Paychex Payroll
Reconciliations experience
Payroll experience
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Prior experience using accounting software
