Recommends changes to methods and procedures
Provides feedback and coaching to others
Coordinates work of others and provides training as required
Assigns appropriate confidentiality status to materials and may take action to ensure compliance
Independently solves most problems on basis of examining pertinent facts
Provides data analysis and reporting as needed
In addition to maintaining internal customer relations, may interact with external contacts

Experiences/Education - Required
Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Deep knowledge of current digital landscape and trends, digital platforms, and how they’re best leveraged to achieve marketing goals
Ability to thrive within a hybrid team atmosphere; capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to learn about dense technical subject matter and develop simplified, relatable promotional content
Global mindset
Experience with Microsoft Office and graphic design programs such as Adobe Creative Suite
Project management skills with ability to handle many tasks at once, assess priorities, and meet deadlines
Self-motivated
