Position: Janitorial Site Manager
Pay: $22.00-$24.00/hr depending upon experience
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise and lead a team of janitorial staff, providing guidance, support, and training.
Schedule and organize daily tasks, ensuring efficient and effective cleaning operations.
Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular inspections to maintain high cleaning standards.
Address and resolve any issues related to cleanliness promptly.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
Place orders for supplies in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce safety protocols and standards to create a secure work environment.
Conduct regular safety training sessions for the janitorial team.
Communication:
Collaborate with building staff to address specific cleaning needs.
Communicate effectively with staff and management regarding cleaning schedules and special projects.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in janitorial or custodial services, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical safety.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
