I own a small creative construction company.
I am at the tail end of a BIG build and I have more interesting contracts in the pipeline.
Our work is between art, earth building and knuckle busting construction.
Lots of framing and concrete work, also lots of delicate plaster work, bio-receptive treatments, reclaim lumber, fine woodwork etc.
When the facility we just built is officially open for business the press and and referral business will explode for us.

HOWEVER, as the main builder, sometimes designer, founder and heart of the operation
I am not being offered a once in a lifetime opportunity that will take at least 40 hours a week of my time essentially pouring water on the fire I have been building for ab out 10 years.
I, essentially, am looking for someone who has a design/ artistic head on their shoulders and understand and can complete almost all phases of construction.
Someone who knows how to use their tools but doesn't depend on them alone.
This is the deal:
You take my contracts.
I will be able to remotely manage and bring in clients while I am engrossed in my other commitment but I will no long be able to manage the process. I need someone who GETS IT on site every day. In return you take home the bacon.
When we make contracts, we will agree upon fees for insurance, overages and a little referral fee that maybe I'll see some of but will probably remain in the company bank account.
I am open to fully subcontracting with an established outfit. If you can handle that kind of art fabrication x construction modality.
I am also at a really opportune time for that.
I let go of one of my guys, one started his own company in Kingston (I have already told him he can have my contracts in Kingston), one got a job for a city union and one is still with me. That leaves just one guy on the crew still. However, I need someone almost immediately who can take on work here in the Ellenville area.
